Case Study: Anne Sheeran Soft Furnishings [Web Design, Graphics, Social Media]
EZ Marketing was recommended to Anne and Chris Sheeran as a web design company specialising in WordPress websites. For decades Anne ran a successful small soft furnishings business when she was living in London, mostly generating leads though a popular trade networking portal, but since moving to Gorey they were not sure where to start.
Anne had already a website in place, but we felt it looked dated and did not showcase Anne’s work to it’s best potential. The website is meant to be an online “business card”, so the first impressions are crucial. We needed to improve the impression with photos of beautiful furnishings, especially as Anne has been working as an agent for Sanders Fabrics for 10 years and was using them in her designs. We needed to highlight the beauty and the quality of the fabric used and thankfully could tap into Sanders image bank.
As the website is based on WordPress, we designed and applied a theme that accentuated beautifully the visual aspect of Anne’s craft and more importantly was packed with simply laid out information and call to action elements.
More importantly the mobile version features a tap to call button, making turning an impulse to contact Anne into action instant while viewing the website, what ever page a visitor might be.
We also advised the Sheerans on the new marketing strategy, focusing on the local social community on Facebook, including joining popular business and discussion groups to promote the business. We designed a classy looking Facebook Page profile to compliment the feel of the website and to maintain brand consistency.

EZ Marketing was approached by the founders of Fairway Football in Spring 2013 looking for web design & social media management services.
Web Design
As part of this project we designed a 6 page Joomla-based brochure website. It also included a blog, testimonials and a very cool Facebook widget sliding from the side of the screen. All graphic design except for the logo itself was produced by EZ Marketing. We set up a Google analytics and Google Webmaster account. The website content was submitted by the client, however full SEO optimisation was not requested. Basic meta data was filled out by default.
Social Media & Blogging
We set up Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and a TripAdvisor profile and designed all custom graphics required. And, of course we wrote a few blogs to get the company started.
This project also did not include any on-going services, so credit is due to the great work these guys are doing on Facebook, which seems to be their main point of customer interaction online.
Fairway Football is a brand new “Foot Golf” course right in the heart of the sunny south east designed specifically for this fastest growing sport. Fairway Football features two 10 hole courses, perfect to test any player’s skill – whatever the age or experience! Enjoyed by male and female players of all ages!
