Social media managementCase Study: KIBO Shoes [Product Photography, Social Media & Web Design]

KIBO Shoes has been in operation on Esmonde Street Gorey from 2011, stocking high quality footwear from rare brands, some exclusive to KIBO in the Irish market, like Kate Middleton’s favourite Aquatalia boot (and better priced than anywhere else as well). Quality, style and craftsmanship were key priorities for KIBO in order to offer their customers products that they will love and have for many years to come.

While the brands we stock were definitely not the cheapest, KIBO offered quality products which are personally sourced with the discerning style-hungry shopper, who values quality and innovative design, in mind.

EZ Marketing joined Sinead O’Laughlin in March 2013.

First step was a re-branding campaign to help improve the look and feel of the website. The website stock needed updating (a vital seasonal update that was overdue), so we supplied Kibo with a series of product photography sessions, which included taking photos of new shoes, editing them to add white background and upload to the website. The websites shopping cart on the website’s set up at the time was very cumbersome and it was difficult for Kibo to keep the website stock quantities up to date. We suggested introducing seasonal galleries, that were aimed at bringing shoppers to the store and also sales over the phone, which seemed to be more successful than the online.

We redesigned the feel and look of the website, making the product mix look very appealing and updated all social media profiles artwork to create brand consistency. We also devised a social media strategy focusing on showcasing beautiful photos of shoes and accessories taken weekly in store as pert of “What in the shoe box” campaign, that visibly improved interest and improved the amount of store visitors Facebook had been bringing before.Product Photography
